What vaccination are required?
We require your pet be current on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo and Bordatella (Kennel Cough). Your dog must be free of fleas and ticks. You can get the documentation from your vet and have faxed (301-217-0090) to us.
Is your area climate controlled?
Yes it is heated and air conditioned indoors. The outside area we utilize sun screens and misters in the summer as well as pools for your dog to romp around in.
Where does my dog go to the bathroom?
Your dog has access to an attached outdoor area where they can use the bathroom at their leisure or play outside in the sun.
What happens if a dog is misbehaving?
We will give that dog a time out in the crate to calm down.
Do you charge for administering medications?
No we do not.
Will my dog come home dirty?
It is recommended that you have your dog bathed at the end of your dogs stay. Even though the daycare area is kept clean, because of their play, they will get dirty from each other.
How do I view my dog on the webcams?
In order to view your dog, you will need a username and password that can be setup by email, calling our office, or registering on our website.
What time can I view my dog playing on the webcams?
The webcams are on every day between 8am and 7pm.
How secure is my dog?
At 7pm the doors and front gate are locked and at 10pm the alarm system is activated.
