How long will it take?
It depends on the individual dog and service involved, the day’s schedule and other factors. We recommend you call us for an estimate.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover as well as cash.
Can I pick my dog up after 7pm when you close?
After 7pm the doors get locked and the phones aren’t answered. If you are running several minutes late you must notify us as soon as possible (before 7pm) and an after hours fee will be charged $1 per minute per dog no exceptions.
Will my dog be stuck in a small crate?
Never! No need to worry, your dog will be staying in the correct size crate with plenty of room to move arond. Your pet will always have access to water.
